Our history and what we do

As part of the Global Group of Companies, Global Packaging was born in January 2012. Our humble beginnings started with importing plastic pails and some other products from Asia. As our business grew, so did our product range. We set about travelling extensively overseas to source the best products from the best manufacturers in the world today. Proudly, we now import hundreds of containers per year into the Australian market from eight countries worldwide. We don’t want to supply our customers everything, but what we do supply is the best products available in Australia.

Global Packaging products now reaches a range of industries here in Perth, and other states of Australia. We now supply goods into mining, manufacturing, food manufacturing, chemicals, paint, contract filling, farming and many more.

Our range includes food packaging, adhesives, materials handling, tamper evident containers, pails, protective packaging, tapes, plastic packaging and more. We are Western Australia’s largest supplier of tamper evident containers and plastic pails. Our IML (In Mold Label Printing) on this range is the best quality in the world today.

Our Managing Director Dale Morgan has over 38 years’ experience in the packaging industry starting at Silverlock Packaging at the age of 17. After many years of warehouse management, internal sales and external sales, Dale moved to Cospak for a few years and learnt about supplying your customer with as many products as you can. He then formed Partner Packaging with his wife Sue, which ran for 6 years before forming Global Packaging in 2012.
